Dealer service (and extended warranty for this problem) fixes it. Usually fine once the automatic hits 2nd gear.

The software was updated once, there was no improvement, when we took it in to th e dealer the second time, they replaced the clutches and the car has been fine since then, that is, for the last 5800 miles."
